Pull the outside edge of the track open with a pair of pliers so you can easily get the wheels back on track.

Do not pull so tight that you damage the cord or the lever.
Manually move the garage door and return to down position.
As long as your sensors are working properly this should have solved the problem.
Then knock the track back into position with a rubber mallet.
