So it s not completely flush but it doesn t stick out much at all.
A heavy clock may literally rip a nail or screw out of the drywall immediately after installation.
Bore a hole in the wall large enough to accommodate the toggle.
You can trim a plastic bolt flush with its nut after installation.
Fit the item to be anchored over the bolt then insert the toggle and tighten.
