There are wonderful amenities rooftop inside and out kids play room and a gym. The rooftop has been under construction off and on see more. Two complaints gym is closed but that s due to the city coronavirus guidelines and the carpet in the hallways could use a refresh.

Far away from the chaos but easily within reach of popular spots such as madison and fifth the high line and broadway.
